I was pleasantly surprised, the rooms were updated, clean and simple. Very quiet the weekend we stayed. Good location, close to the water and short drive to restraunts. Price was not bad.
Rooms are clean, everything works, the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Rooms are very small. The shower itself is extremely small! My only other complaint would be the parking situation. I'd hate to be here during the busy months (additional parking on the street)
No one is ever in office but the lady that does work here has been very sweet and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are nice and clean (enough), the only complaints would be the toilet paper holder is just a hole in the wall so we use the back of the toilet, shower tile is falling out (because it's sticky tile that's not grouted therefore water is holding behind it). Location is amazing, we walk across the street and fish. We have a park so we can walk the dogs. There are several shops within walking distance. I highly recommend PetWants to anyone with fur babies! The price is very reasonable for what it is, definitely would recommend for a budget friendly hotel.
The room was basic but perfect for a weekend getaway. Very quiet location and walking distance to shops in the downtown area plus bait shops right across the road. They are pet friendly and located across from a dog friendly park which provides waste bins and bags to clean up after your dog. Not the first time staying here but will be back! Owners are friendly as well.
This is my go-to place to stay in Rockport. Can't beat the value for location, cleanliness and kind staff.
Loved it great place to stay nice rooms had med size refrigerator, stove and microwave, med size dinning set, two big beds , beautiful bathroom. In a great spot close to the beach and the downtown Rockport stores as well. Will def stay again .

Pros: This little motel is a very good value for the money. Rooms were clean and the bed was fine. The location is across the street from a major beach front park and beach. Also an interesting marina. It is very close to all the shops in Old Rockport. We found the staff very accommodating...nice folks. Cons: These are small rooms with few amenities. Small kitchen is ok but no pans, dishes, etc. So bring your own. No drawers or even hooks or towel racks. you will be living our of your suitcase. Still a good value for your money
